Mountainside Medical is committed to your satisfaction and offers a 30-day return window for most unused, unopened medical supplies and equipment. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging and clearly write the issued RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship the Item
Send your return to our distribution center using a traceable shipping method such as UPS or FedEx to ensure your package is documented and protected.
Processing & Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
